Catherine Dennis, a successful sales person in her own right, is also an experienced senior sales manager with early stage tech, SaaS and professional services start-ups and more established mid-market commercial technology organizations. Catherine is known for rolling up her sleeves to help her clients exceed revenue targets on a consistent basis. While her forte is creating effective sales and marketing programs that identify and build a pipeline of qualified prospects, she also has in-depth experience developing sales territories, comp plans, interviewing and selecting top performers needed for a successful sales organization. This includes creating the technological and business process infrastructure enabling sales teams to do their jobs effectively, while allowing management to coach and measure.
